The state of emergency in Artsakh has been extended until October 11
On September 11, the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree, according to which the state of emergency declared in the country on April 12, 2020 and extended until September 11, has been extended for another 30 days.
It will be in force from September 11, 2020 at 22:00 until October 11, 2020 at 22:00 inclusive.
