Speaking about Armenia’s two friendly neighbors, Georgia and Iran, at a joint meeting of the National Assembly’s standing committees on Foreign Relations, Regional and Eurasian Integration, European Integration, and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, held as part of the preliminary discussion of the 2027 state budget, Armenian Foreign and International Trade Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said they are Armenia’s traditional friends and strategic partners.
“Our relations with both countries will continue to develop in the same spirit and grow stronger. You see what is happening around Iran, and we hope that Iran and our other partners will also succeed in reaching agreement and peace on the issues they face as soon as possible.
Of course, we will be among the primary beneficiaries,” Mirzoyan said.
