The Russian President held a working meeting with members of the Security Council. Vladimir Putin said that the main topic of the meeting was Russia’s food security.
“At the same time, as you know, trilateral talks on the situation in Ukraine are set to begin in the United Arab Emirates. I would like to thank the UAE leadership for its support in the conflict resolution process,” the Kremlin chief said.
Vladimir Putin noted that officials who will take part in the talks in Abu Dhabi are also attending the meeting.
Earlier, Dmitry Peskov said that the trilateral talks involving the United States would focus on security guarantees, while the details would be discussed behind closed doors.
