Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine had submitted proposals to the United States that could be discussed during the trilateral working talks between Washington, Kyiv and Moscow, scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11.
“Extensive preparatory work has been carried out over the past few days. A meeting was held in Brussels with the participation of NATO and European partners, and I have been in contact with representatives of the US President,” Zelenskyy said. He expressed hope that the talks planned in the United Arab Emirates would yield results.
“We all agree that issues concerning European security must be discussed with the participation of European countries, each of which is equally entitled to reliable security guarantees,” the Ukrainian President stressed.
According to Zelenskyy, he also informed partners about Ukraine’s needs ahead of the winter, primarily in the energy and air defence sectors.
