Restrictions on entering and leaving Artsakh are lifted
The Minister of Territorial Administration and Development of the Artsakh Republic Jirayr Mirzoyan (Commandant - responsible for the State of Emergency) signed new decisions, according to which the restrictions on entering and leaving the republic are lifted.
From now on, the Commandant's permission is not required to leave the country, and the requirement of a PCR test, which was a mandatory condition for entering the country, is lifted.
However, the medical staff on duty at the border checkpoints will measure the temperature of each citizen and conduct an external examination.
