Update 09.01.2021. 379 new cases of infection with coronavirus have been confirmed, 932 have recovered

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of 11:00, on January 9, a total of 161,794 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of whom 148,893 have recovered and 2,922 are fatal. At present 9,279 patients are being treated for coronavirus. In total 606,809 tests have been performed.

On January 9,  379 new positive cases have been registered, 932 have recovered, 14 deaths. 2,123 tests have been performed yesterday.

4 deaths were reported the previous day when the patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection, but died of another illness. The total number of such cases is 700.
