Update 01.01.2021. 329 new cases of infection with coronavirus have been confirmed, 554 have recovered

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of 11:00, on January 1, a total of 159,738 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of whom 143,355 have recovered and 2,828 are fatal. At present 12,870 patients are being treated for coronavirus. In total 595,876 tests have been performed.

On January 1,  329 new positive cases have been registered, 554 have recovered, 5 deaths. 1,973 tests have been performed yesterday.

1 death was reported the previous day when the patient was diagnosed with a coronavirus infection, but died of another illness. The total number of such cases is 685.
