Two foundations of Artsakh decided to temporarily stop accrual of interest and penalties on liabilities

Based on the need to mitigate the financial crisis caused by Azerbaijan’s blocking of the only road connecting Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia, Boards of the Artsakh Investment Fund and Artsakh Village and Agriculture Support Fund made a decision to temporarily stop accruing interest and penalties on liabilities to the Funds from 1 February 2023, Artsakh InfoCenter reports.

The decision does not apply to those with a liability of more than 100 million AMD, as well as to loans provided after 12 December 2022.
