Round-the-clock hotline is available to ensure operational communication with citizens: Artsakh operational headquarters

Due to the current Azerbaijani blockade on the Republic of Artsakh's (Nagorno-Karabakh) only transport link to Armenia, an emergency hotline has been made available for citizens regarding any situations that arise due to the current circumstance.

Citizens can reach the hotline by dialing 119 to receive or report information and for emergencies (from the Republic of Armenia and abroad: +374-47-119-119).
