The data of COVID-19 as of 11:00 on February 4 are as follows: 4192 new cases, 8857 tests, 2510 recovered, and 10 deaths.

Thus, a total of 383 458 cases of coronavirus disease were confirmed, of which 346 224 were recovered. The number of actual patients is 27614.

A total of 8075 deaths from coronavirus have been reported.
