From February 15, route number 38 will start operating with new vehicles, according to the Yerevan Municipality.
"Starting from 07.30 in the morning, 11 buses will operate from Tsarav Aghbyur district, through the center to Yerevan Thermal Power Plant and in the opposite direction", the mayor's office said, expressing several remarks to the passengers.

The drivers are in special uniforms, they are specially instructed on the requirement not to smoke and not to talk on the phone during the traffic”.
