The Russian peacekeeping force monitors the observance of the ceasefire around the clock at 27 monitoring points located in Artsakh. The ceasefire is maintained along the entire line of contact. This was reported on the website of the RF Ministry of Defense.
Russian peacekeepers ensure the safe return of civilians to their places of permanent residence, restore civilian infrastructure, and provide humanitarian assistance to residents.
It is noted that 151 displaced people returned to Artsakh in one day. As of November 14, 2020, their number has reached 51,216.
The teams of the Demining Center continue to demine the territory of Artsakh. In total, 711.3 hectares, 230.8 km of roads, 901 residential buildings, including 27 social facilities have been cleared since November 23, 2020. 23,837 explosives were found and neutralized.
