The wounded boys will have state-of-the-art prostheses, said Narek Mkrtchyan, MP of the "My Step" faction of the National Assembly.

"I am glad to announce that according to the agreement reached with world-famous musician Serj Tankian and Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Executive Director Haykak Arshamyan, the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund will invest $ 100,000 in a state-of-the-art prosthetic hand project to be implemented in cooperation with the "Defender of the Fatherland Rehabilitation Center".
