Process of exchanging bodies of the dead started. President of Artsakh

Today, according to the previously reached agreement, the process of exchanging the bodies of the dead has started. The exchange is carried out in coordination with the Russian peacekeeping mission, with the participation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the State Emergency Service of the Artsakh Republic, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan said.

"I express my gratitude to the Russian peacekeeping troops for the rapid formation and implementation of the mission, as well as for ensuring the comprehensive security of the important humanitarian process of the bodies' exchange, the International Committee of the Red Cross and the State Emergency Service for their active participation," he posted on his Facebook page.
