5 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Artsakh

According to the Artsakh Ministry of Health, 5 new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in the country. 2 of that cases (residents of Sarushen community of Askeran region and Stepanakert) have been confirmed as a result of the examination carried out while applying to a medical institution.

Appropriate work is being done to identify the source of the infection and to determine the extent of the patients' contact.

The other 3 infected people are from Stepanakert, from a previously detected hotbed, and were in isolation. 4 citizens have recovered.

To date, 333 people have been diagnosed with the new coronavirus, of whom 287 have recovered. 44 citizens are actually receiving treatment, a total of 77 citizens are isolated.

To date, 12,756 tests have been performed.
