World Hepatitis Day marked on July 28
He became a Nobel Prize winner, when discovered the hepatitis B virus. The discovery was made, the treatment was found, and as a result, the world remembered Samuel Blumberg.
On July 28 specialists inform people suffering from Hepatitis B about the decease. By the data of WHO, hepatitis has infected nearly 2 billion people in the world, every 3rd resident on the planet. In some countries the majority of the population has been infected with hepatitis A, and the 1/11 are bearers of hepatitis B and C.
