The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that the number of fires has drastically grown during the past days due to irresponsible and neglectful actions. The fires in summer could be due to the high temperature, the number of vacationers and the activity of open-air recreational places.
Currently the situation is not fire-prone, but forests and adjacent areas still catch fire, often in hardly accessible areas.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations urges to be on guard in order to avoid irreversible consequences and expects the attention of all interested parties.
