Experts say that the preliminary assessment of international observers regarding the parliamentary election reconfirm that Armenia is now considered a democratic country. Unlike the assessment given after the previous election, the international observers welcomed the Armenian election, where the rule of law prevailed. Diplomats are sure that Armenia is singled out in the region in this aspect and has great chances to be seen in a new way in the world.
