Azerbaijani Armed Forces violate ceasefire in Askeran, NK

On Sep 19 at around 11:10am the Azerbaijani Armed Forces violated the ceasefire in Askeran region by using a mortar shell, Nagorno-Karabakh Defence Army reports.

“No casualties on the Artsakh side”, Defence Army said.
