Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry is spreading disinformation: Nagorno-Karabakh's Ministry of Defense denied report about carrying out fortification works

The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that, allegedly, on September 16, around 13:00, the Defense Army's units carried out fortification works in the Askeran region, Nagorno-Karabakh, which were allegedly stopped as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani units, is another disinformation.
