The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan spreads the second disinformation during the day.
"The message of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that, allegedly, on August 12, around 03:00 p.m., the units of the Defense Army opened fire at the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Martuni region, is another disinformation," the Nagorno-Karabakh Ministry of Defense said in the message.
