Purpose of reforms of Armed Forces is to increase fighting ability of troops, to improve social conditions: Papikyan

Minister of Defense of Armenia Suren Papikyan visited the peacekeeping brigade of the Armed Forces on February 11 and talked with the officers of the military unit.

Papikyan had private conversations with the officers of the military unit, got acquainted with their service biographies, inquired about the social and living conditions, and listened to the exciting issues.

Suren Papikyan emphasized the brigade's service in carrying out peacekeeping missions.

The Minister of Defense emphasized that the aim of the programs implemented in the Armed Forces within the framework of the reforms is to increase the combat capability of the troops, combat readiness, as well as to improve the social conditions of the officers.
