The High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security of the European Union, Josep Borrell, informed on his Twitter that he had a telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov.
“Constructive phone call with Azeri Foreign Minister Bayramov Jeyhun. Discussed the need for freedom of movement and humanitarian access through Lachin corridor, importance of maintaining stability and EU presence in the region following closure of EUMCAP,” Bayramov tweeted.
