Artsakh defense Ministry referred to the latest fake news from Azerbaijan. “The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has spread disinformation that on Dec 7, at 12:45, the units of the Defense Army opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani military positions”, the Ministry said in a statement.
