Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has confirmed that the contact of Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleba with the participation of Turkey’s top diplomat Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu is planned on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
"In accordance with an agreement reached during a telephone conversation between Russian and Turkish presidents, at the initiative of the Turkish leader on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum the contact of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba with the participation of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu is planned," Zakharova told TASS on Monday.
Earlier on Monday Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said that Lavrov and Kuleba might meet on March 10 on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. Russian and Ukrainian foreign ministers have confirmed that they are ready to meet in Antalya, and that the meeting will be held in a three-party format, he added.
