On November 9, on the occasion of the anniversary of the heroes killed in the Third Artsakh War, President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan visited Stepanakert Memorial to pay tribute.

The head of state also visited the military pantheon to lay flowers at the tombs of those fallen the Artsakh wars.
