Russian peacekeepers ensure safe movement of about 1,000 transit vehicles and over 6,800 people to Nagorno-Karabakh and back during the month

For a month, servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent ensured the safe entry and exit of about 1,000 units of transit road transport and more than 6,800 people through the Lachin corridor to Nagorno-Karabakh, around the clock.

All observation posts for monitoring the current situation are equipped with modern outdoor video surveillance dome cameras.

In the course of their service, Russian military personnel of the peacekeeping contingent are equipped in Ratnik suits. Observation posts are equipped with modern LED floodlights and uninterruptible power supplies.

Twenty-seven observation posts of the Russian peacekeeping forces are located in the Lachin corridor and along the entire contact line in Nagorno-Karabakh. Russian peacekeepers carry out around-the-clock monitoring of the  situation and control over the observance of the ceasefire regime.
