The State Service of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) informs that today, at around 16:00, in the area of Stepanakert, in the neighborhood of Artsakhgaz CJSC, the non-governmental demining organization “The Halo trust’ will neutralize the cassette rocket found in the area.
