President of Artsakh discussed issues related to the captives and the missing with the official representative of Baku

The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan, the Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia Colonel Armen Abazyan and the Commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Troops in Artsakh Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov met with the official representative of Azerbaijan in the Russian-controlled territory on February 12. Lusine Avanesyan, NKR President's Spokeswoman, stated this in a conversation with Artsakhpress.

"Issues related to the return of captives, the search for the missing and other humanitarian issues were discussed", Avanesyan said, adding that the fate of the missing during the war in the 1990s was also discussed.
