Today, the Administrative Court upheld the lawsuit of the former military prosecutor, the former Deputy Prosecutor General Gagik Jhangiryan.
Jhangiryan had appealed to the RA Administrative Court, demanding the annulment of two decrees of the former President Robert Kocharyan, dated 23.02.2008, according to which he was relieved of his post and deprived of rank. The Administrative Court declared both of Kocharyan's decrees invalid.
