RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan stated in the National Assembly that no international organization, except the UN, can directly intervene to stop the hostilities.
According to him, a decision of the UN Security Council is needed, which is a difficult process to obtain. According to the Deputy FM, leaders of three permanent member countries of the UN Security Council - Vladimir Putin, Emanuel Macron and Donald Trump -called for an end to hostilities in Artsakh, but to no avail.
