The United States is urging the Azerbaijani authorities to accept the ceasefire agreement. This was announced by Robert O'Brien, National Security Adviser to the US President, on CBS.
"We have spent the whole weekend negotiating peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Armenia has accepted the ceasefire proposal, while Azerbaijan - has not yet", he said.
