Ararat Mirzoyan congratulated Valentina Matvienko on the referendum
Today the RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation with the Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko.
During the conversation, the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament congratulated Valentina Matvienko on the referendum and its results.
