To remind - On June 18 the Criminal Court of Appeal partially upheld the lawyers' appeal against the pre-trial detention of key defendant Robert Kocharyan in the "March 1" case, deciding to release him on bail of 2 billion drams.
On June 20 the bail was paid and Kocharyan, accused of violating the constitutional order in Armenia, was released.
It should be noted that Serzh Sargsyan is also a defendant. He is accused of large-scale embezzlement - about half a billion drams.
