The NSS has been searching the private house of PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan since this morning. The deputies of the PAP faction are in the spot. Naira Zohrabyan, the member of the faction, informed live on Facebook that the case within the framework of which the NSS is carrying out actions is related to 2017 NA elections. It is about one of the PAP candidates nominated from Gegharkunik region in the elections.
No official information has been provided yet about the actions taken by the law enforcement agencies in Tsarukyan's house. According to Armtimes.com, one of the criminal cases initiated against Tsarukyan in the NSS concerns illegal business and tax evasion. Another criminal case is related to Tsarukyan's illegal casino operation, which caused the state about 30 billion drams in damage.
