The government suggested the 4000 inhabitants of Shikoku Island to leave their homes because of the typhoon approaching the shores of Japan. More than 150 domestic flights were cancelled, the land and sea communication has been limited. The 200 kilometers per hour typhoon is moving from Shikoku Island to north-west. Heavy rains fall in all of the country. The meteorologists warn about strong winds, high waves and possible floods.
