Multi Group director Serdrak Arustamyan to remain free
The Criminal Court of Appeal left unchanged the decision of the Court of First Instance to release director of Multi Group Sedrak Arustamyan on bail.
The Prosecutor’s office had filed a complaint against the decision of the Court to release Arustamyan on bail for 20mln AMD. The charges concern the construction program of North-South road corridor. He is accused of fraudulent business activity, large-scale tax evasion, as well as large-scale money laundering.
