I strongly condemn any manifestation of terrorism: Armenia's Human Rights Defender

The Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan sent a condolence letter to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova in connection with the terrorist attack in Moscow.
