The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev addressed the situation in the South Caucasus during the meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils on Afghanistan, TASS reports.
According to Patrushev, the West is allegedly trying to shake up the situation in the South Caucasus and interfere in the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement, which, he believes, has led to the aggravation of the situation on the border of the two republics.
