More than 99.96% of Nagorno-Karabakh's population are forcibly displaced: Artak Beglaryan
The people of Artsakh have faced genocide by the dictatorial Aliyev regime, with more than 99.96% forcibly displaced, former Minister of State of Nagorno-Karabakh Artak Beglaryan wrote about this in his X (former Twitter) microblog.
Currently, only a maximum of 40 Artsakh citizens remain under Azerbaijani occupation, and some of them are not ethnic Armenians but have Russian origins," Beglaryan stated.
