Stressed need to ensure Karabakh Armenians’ security and rights: Charles Michel

European Council President Charles Michel referred to the upcomming Armenia-Azerbaijan meeting in Brussels in his X (former Twitter) microblog, reminding about the Karabakh Armenians’ security and rights. 

"In preparation of Armenia-Azerbaijan meeting in Brussels, I had a call with President of Azerbaijan Aliyev. Expressed EU’s commitment to Armenian-Azerbaijani normalisation process. Reiterated the need for mutual respect of territorial integrity and sovereignty, and for advancing on border delimitation. Stressed also need to ensure Karabakh Armenians’ security and rights, also over the long term," Michel stated.
