Aliyev spoke about normalization of relations with Armenia

Ilham Aliyev stated that Azerbaijan recognizes the territorial integrity of Armenia with full responsibility. He noted that if the Azerbaijani side had other goals, the military operations against Nagorno-Karabakh would not have stopped on September 20.

"If we wanted to continue, it is not difficult to guess where we could stop, if we decided to stop at all. But we didn't. We have no such intention. We recognize the territorial integrity of Armenia," Aliyev said.

He added that it is time for the teams of Azerbaijan and Armenia to work together on the draft peace treaty. According to Aliyev, it will be easier to find solutions now.
