There is mutual understanding with Russia on a solution at the highest level: Arsen Torosyan about resolving border situation

“Azerbaijani armed forces must leave the sovereign territory of Armenia. This will happen as a result of cooperation with our strategic partner and partners, as well as the work of our Armed Forces,” said Arsen Torosyan, Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia. According to him, the internal political processes do not affect the work of the state departments and their intensity in any way.

“There is mutual understanding with our only partner in our security system, a solution at the highest level with the Russian Federation. They are making every effort to make it happen without a shot, because no one in the region needs a full-scale war that is still possible,” Torosyan said.
