Artak Beglaryan, the Chief of staff of Artsakh President, twitted about the violations by Azerbaijan.
"Azerbaijan continues to heavily violate intl humanitarian law speculating the issue of captured civilians & war prisoners. Many PoWs & civilians from wartime, 64 PoWs & some civilians from postwar period are prisoned there without Azerbaijan's confirmation to ICRC & Russian mediators", Beglaryan posted.
