What decision will be made today at UNSC, depends on Russia, USA, and France, Marukyan

Edmon Marukyan, Armenian Ambassador-at-Large refereed to the upcoming session at UN  Security Council and issued a video, depicting Armenian families in Nagorno-Karabakh evacuated to the headquarters of Russian Peacekeepers. 

“These people were forced to leave their homes and were evacuated by the Russian peacekeepers without any basic belongings. An urgent session is expected today at the UN Security Council. Will there be any resolution to protect these people, to restore their fundamental right to live in their homes or not? Depends first of all on Russia, the USA, France and all other members of the UN Security Council.

Russian peacekeepers evacuated 5 thousand people from the different parts of Nagorno Karabakh during the Azerbaijani military aggression aiming to implement ethnic cleansing in that territory.
