EP members call on immediate halt of all military actions in NK

Marina Kaljurand, Member of European Parliament from Estonia, Chair of EP-Caucasus working groups, referred to the aggression in Nagorno-Karabakh on her X account.

“We condemn in the strongest terms today's pre-planned and unjustified attack of Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh. We call for immediate halt of all military actions. We call on the Council to fundamentally reconsider EU's relations w/ Azerbaijan & consider imposing sanctions”, Kaljurand said in a post. She also shared a joint statement of EP members in her post, where they call on EU to impose sanctions against Azerbaijan.
