Armenia's Foreign Ministry has extended condolences to China over the deadly earthquake in Tibet.
“Deeply saddened to hear of the earthquake that struck China, resulting in the loss of lives and causing devastation. We express condolences to the families of the victims and prayers for the fast recovery of the injured,” the Foreign Ministry said in a post on X.
A 6,8 magnitude earthquake struck a remote region of Tibet on Tuesday morning. More than 100 people died.
