11th Forum of Francophone NGO opens in Yerevan

The 11^th Forum of Francophone NGO opened in Yerevan. Armenian PM complimented Michaëlle Jean on the opening of the Forum, mentioning that her presence in Yerevan is symbolic and important, as in a month, Armenia will host the 17^th Summit of the International Organization of the Francophonie.
