According to the Russian Defense Ministry, more than 180 citizens have returned to Nagorno Karabakh from Armenia in the last day. The total number of returnees, according to Russian peacekeepers, has exceeded 48,000.

Russian peacekeepers ensure the safe return of civilians to their places of permanent residence, provide humanitarian assistance and restore civilian infrastructure.

The situation is being monitored around the clock. The ceasefire is being monitored at 23 observation posts, the ministry said in a statement.
