The issue of driving in Russia with Armenian driver licenses is being regulated

To the question of "Lurer" - When it will be possible to work with the Armenian driver's license in the territory of Russia and what possible obstacles may arise ?, the EEU Board answered the following.

"The EEU Commission has made a decision on this issue within its competence and has asked the Russian government to speed up its settlement at the level of national legislation. Today, as we see, the Russian side is implementing that decision. An appropriate bill has been developed, which is undergoing the necessary procedures". 

The draft law will come into force after passing the relevant procedures, but the dates are not known.
